Each of the numbers we try to fill with modern views on various problems of internal diseases and reflect in their publications the principles of evidence-based medicine. You, of course, noticed that the authors of the journal reflect both basic data and various issues of practical public health.

The publication of articles and materials in our journal is available to all authors, including those for young scientists. Given the steadily growing prevalence of comorbid conditions, our journal publishes articles that reveal various interdisciplinary problems at the intersection of therapy and surgery, dentistry, orthopedics and traumatology, oncology and many other branches of medicine.

We prepare analytical reviews and articles that highlight various problems from the perspective of evidence-based medicine and help our readers navigate the complex world of modern medicines.

The principle of our magazine is an operative response to the most modern trends of domestic and foreign medicine, to changes in the standards of diagnosis and treatment of internal diseases.

For the years that have passed since the publication of the first issue, the magazine has gained popularity among doctors, first of all, its practical orientation. The editorial staff of the magazine monitors and regularly issues orders, regulatory and regulatory documents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea, reflects in their materials standards and algorithms for managing patients with various diseases of internal organs. About the chief editor

Irina Klyaritskaya graduated with honors from the Crimean Medical Institute with a degree in Medicine in 1980. From 1980 to 1985 - senior laboratory assistant of the department of propaedeutics of internal diseases, from 1985 to 1995 - assistant to the same department, since 1995 - associate professor of the same department. In 1985, she graduated from the postgraduate course at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine ahead of time, defending her Ph.D. thesis. From 1998 to 2001 she studied at the doctorate in the doctoral department at the Kiev Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. P.L. Shupika. In 2001, after completing her doctorate, she defended her thesis for a doctorate in medical sciences. Since 2001 - Associate Professor of the Department of Therapy and Gastroenterology of FPO, since 2002 - Professor of the Department of Therapy and Gastroenterology of the FPO, since 2003 - Head of the Department of Therapy and Family Medicine FPO. At present she is the head of the department of «Therapy and general medical practice (family medicine)». Author of more than 300 scientific works. He is the chief freelance gastroenterologist of the Ministry of Health of Crimea since 2002; deserved doctor of the ARC.

Dean of the faculty of postgraduate education of KSMU named after S.I. Georgievsky since 2004. Since February 2015 - the first deputy director for teaching and methodical work of the Medical Academy named after S.I. Georgievsky FGAOU VO «KFU them. IN AND. Vernadsky. «

Under her leadership, 11 candidate dissertations were protected. He is the author and co-author of 20 monographs, the organizer of rating scientific and practical conferences, including with international participation. He constantly participates in the work of scientific and practical conferences of the Crimean associations of therapists and family doctors, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, and takes part in the work of international gastroenterological schools and conferences. Professor Klaryrskaya I.L. has the highest qualification category for therapy, gastroenterology, a doctor›s certificate in the specialties «rheumatology» and «general medical practice».

Member of the EASL (European Association for the Study of Liver Disease) since 2013 Vice President of the Association of Physicians, Family Physicians, Cardiologists of the Republic of Crimea.
